Sunday night = insomnia
Sep 15th, 2008 by Cory
For me, Sunday night brings one word to mind: insomnia. It’s a stupid and exhausting cycle. I gradually wear myself out during the week so that by the time the weekend arrives, I’m nearing my breaking point. The rest finally comes by sleeping in on Saturday and then again on Sunday. Those wonderfully lazy weekend mornings are then followed by late nights, often staying up until 1:00 or 2:00 AM. Despite my best efforts, and a dose of Tylenol PM, this pattern typically carries over to Sunday night (or early Monday morning). I would love to go to sleep around 2:00 AM and sleep until 10:00 AM every day. Unfortunately, it’s hard to keep such a schedule and remain employable.
Maybe this will make me better suited for late night feedings when The Boy arrives. More likely, my sleep pattern will continue and I’ll just get dumber and more irritable.

Me to!!! I have to have an actual person wake me up, because I always shut alarms off unless I am looking forward to that day for some particular reason, and noone will wake me up on the weekends and even if they did, I would fall back asleep immediately afterwords anyway, although if people don’t harsh my mellow during the day and noone runs around the house yelling “ra bitch ra!! ra bitch ra!! “alnigh and I don’t have bright lights I can usually getup easily in the mornings. Unfortunately, since my sister can’t run around the house going “ra bitch ra!” during the day and my mom thought it was a good idea for her room to be in the attic above mine so she could complain (”I hate climbing the stairs” “stop putting that chair in front of the door”(people can’t comprehend such a foreign concept as knocking) etc etc) that never happens. Sorry for such a long comment
