Morning in Salt Lake City
Mar 3rd, 2008 by Cory
I’m in Salt Lake City this week. While I was at the airport last night, I was a bit weirded out by the huge number of blonde pregnant women I encountered. Today, I’ll spend some time with Axis41, Ciena’s design agency. Tuesday through Thursday, I’ll be attending the 2008 Omniture Summit. This is always a fun time for a web analytics nerd like me. I’m on the Client Advisory Board for one of Omniture’s products, and I’ll be meeting with the rest of the board and the product manager all day tomorrow. The summit itself is on Wednesday and Thursday. Last week, I got a call from Omniture and they want me to present at the “Automated Lead Nurturing and Response” session on Thursday. That’s not exactly my area of expertise, but I know enough to talk about it for 20 minutes or so. Hopefully, I’ll be disciplined enough to update my new web analytics blog every day to comment on what’s happening at the summit. However, based on the discipline I’ve shown updating this blog, along with the fact that two of my buddies from Dallas will be here this week, I wouldn’t bet money on it.
