I know I’m a bit late to the party on this, but felt obligated to post and comment. For those of you that haven’t heard, a Baltimore cop has been suspended with pay for harassing a skinny, 14-year old kid who had the audacity to skateboard in the Inner Harbor. I’m sure the kid is a bit of a punk, but was the headlock and body slam to the ground really necessary? I hear they only assign the best police officers to don shorts and drive a golf cart around a tourist trap. His badge deserves respect!
